Shipping Terms & Conditions
All orders are shipped out Monday to Friday during business hours. We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing is 1-2 business days, but may be extended during holidays and large sales. Delivery times are based on non-rural addresses. Deliveries will not take place on weekends or holidays. Vivid Novelties does not make any guarantees for shipping and cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once your order has been shipped. We currently ONLY ship to North America.

Shipping Times & Costs
The expected delivery time is carefully calculated, but is not a promise or guarantee. These times are in reference to after the order has been processed and picked up by courier. Processing is 1-2 business days, but may be extended during holidays and large sales.
ALL SHIPPING FEES WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE CHECKOUT BASED ON YOUR LOCATION. ORDERS OVER $60.00 WILL QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING. ORDERS UNDER $60.00 WILL BE SUBJECT TO SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES.
About Your Order
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed the next business day but due to high volume there can be delays.
- Larger orders or special requests may require additional time to prepare and ship
- Orders placed with an eCheck through a PayPal account will take 7-10 business days to be processed and shipped once payment is received.
- With a minimum purchase of $60.00 or more shipping is no cost to you
- All orders are discreetly packaged in a plain brown box or bubble envelope. There will be no mention of Stag Shop on the parcel or shipping label

Out Of Stock Items
We cannot guarantee availability of product; on occasion items may unexpectedly be out of stock and unable to be shipped with an order. In this instance, we will contact the customer by email and notify them of the situation; items may be substituted upon request or a refund will be issued for the missing product. If a response is not received within 48 hours, the amount of the missing product will be refunded and the order will be shipped.
Vivid Novelties will not be held liable for items that are out of stock for any further discounts or reparations or be held accountable if the customer does not receive notification. We cannot guarantee availability at a particular time; certain items on our site may not be available in-store and vice versa. We reserve the right to change our merchandise offerings, both in-store and online, at any time. We also reserve the right to change contents, features, and offerings of the site from time to time at our discretion without prior notice.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If your order is returned to our warehouse after an attempt to deliver has been made, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address information you entered is correct. Once confirmed, we will re-ship your order. If you fail to receive your order after the second delivery attempt and it is returned to us again, we will cancel your order. Your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping cost for the second delivery attempt and a 20% restocking fee.
Track Your Order
You will receive a shipment notification email from Vivid Novelties with tracking information once your order has been shipped out. The email will contain a tracking number which can be used to track your delivery status online.

All orders are shipped in either a plain brown box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items. The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address and ours. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

Standard shipping takes 5 to 8 business days. You can get a more precise estimate using your zip code during the check out process. We have several express delivery options available if you need to get your order faster.
