Out Of Stock Items

We cannot guarantee availability of product; on occasion items may unexpectedly be out of stock and unable to be shipped with an order. If a response is not received within 48 hours, the amount of the missing product will be refunded and the order will be shipped.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If your order is returned to our warehouse after an attempt to deliver has been made, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address information you entered is correct. Once confirmed, we will re-ship your order. If you fail to receive your order after the second delivery attempt and it is returned to us again, we will cancel your order. Your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping cost for the second delivery attempt and a 20% restocking fee.

Track Your Order

You will receive a shipment notification email from Vivid Novelties with tracking information once your order has been shipped out. The email will contain a tracking number which can be used to track your delivery status online.
